IWoza eNanda Walking Trail isiqalo se Durban Green Corridor namalunga ayo. Inhloso ukuletha izivakashi eNanda futhi ibadalele amathuba okuhlangana nomphakathi. Kunezi tolo ezincane eziningi, izindawo zokuqeda ukoma nezinye izinhlobo zamabhizinisi nabaphisana ngezimpahla eWoza eNanda Walking Trial. Bonke bancengwa iqembu lephrojekthi yethu, kodwa abanye abafunanga ukufakwa kule webhisayithi ngezizathu ezithile, isibonelo, ngoba azimukelekile izivakashi. Amabhizinisi angezansi onke ayazemukela izivakashi kodwa izinhlelo kufanele zenzeke ngaleyo ndlela.

Angikaze ngiwubone utokoloshe noma ngibenomngane owake wawubona, kodwa ngisafunda emabangeni aphansi sasinokuzwa izindaba eziningi ngawo ikakhulukazi izinganekwane. Mina ngafunda emaNdiyeni emabangeni aphansi angikhumbule ngizwa noma ngibona ingane zihayiza zithi zibone utokoloshe.kodwa ngangizizwa kakhulu lindaba katokoloshe ezinganeni ebezifunda ezikoleni zabantu abamnyama ikakhulukazi iPrimary School esiduze noma eyakhelene ne-Ohlange Institute, Amandlakayise Primary School. Izingane esihlala nazo ngasekhaya zazibuya esikoleni zisitshele ukuthi kunengane ebone utokoloshe eskoleni emfuna amasi futhi kwakunendawo lapho ababethi kuhlala khona utokoloshe leyondawo isakhona namanje ngaphakathi  Ohlange Institute.

Engxenyeni ephezulu nesikole indlu yomdabu yakhiwe emhlabeni vele kwasekubuyiselwa kumamuyuziyemu ngesithombe somfanekiso kaMafukuzela ehlizi everandi. Lemfene yayihlala phezu kwaso isitolo.Kuthiwa uWelder wayeyifuye lemfene ngoba ethanda impilo yesilungu futhi efuna ukususa inkungu kubantu bakubo ukuthi ayikho into embi ngemfene kepha iyisilwane njengezinye izilwane.

Wayengafuyile imfene kuphela kepha wayezifuyele nezinkomo. Izinkomo zasiza kakhulu ngoba wayondla ngazo isikole samantombazane iNanda Seminary enikela ngobisi. Uwelder akagcinanga ngokunikela ngobisi nekhofi nje waphinde wanikela ngendawo yakhe kumphakathi wasengcungwini eNanda kwakhiwa isikole iVusukukhanya.UWelder wayepha nomphakathi amaphasela okudla kulabo ababeswele kakhulu.

Iphe-phandaba njaonjalo lalishicilela impahla mayelana nokubaluleka kwemicimbi nemisebenzi yesonto likaShembe, futhi lalibika mayelana nemikhosi ngemilingo ephilisayo.

Kusukela phakathi kwamakhulunyaka anga-20, iNanda Seminary ne-Ohlange Institute kwakuwumthombo obalulekile ukukhuthaza iKasturba isikole sika Gandhi ePhoenix.

Kusukela esikhathini sakamuva u-Amos Shembe wafundisa isikhashana Ohlange Istitute.

J. L Dube no Hlange

OHlange Native Industrial Institute, eyayaziwa ngalisi sikhathi, yathola u Rev John Langalibalele Dube ngo 1910. Wayaziwa ngelika Mafukuzela, babecabanga ngokukhuthala kwakhe kwendalo. UDube waba uMongameli wokuqala we South African Native National Congress (SANNC), kamuva yashitshwa igama yaba i-African National Congress (ANC). UMafukuzela wayetholakala engumhleli wephephandaba ilanga lase Natali futhi waba uthishanhloko esikoleni okumanje esaziwa ngokuthi Ohlange High School.

UDube ekululekweni kwakhe ukuba ithishanhloko empilweni, uthole amandla amaningi “khawuleza kancane”. Lokhu kwaba yisisekelo mgomo  kwezemfundo ngesikhathi angenisa Ohlange, ezisa lokho kubafundi ukuthi babheke ngamakhono empilo. Inhloso yakhe kwakuwukufaka ukuzimela emiphakathini, futhi azimisele ngokubaluleka kokulolonga abafundi nakanjalo  nezobuciko ezemfundo. Umphumela walokho ukwakha izicathulo, ukuthunga izingubo, ukwenza okhaphethi, izicubu zezimoto, ezokulima kanye nezokungcebeleka ngokuthi batshelwa kanyekanye  ngezihloko zezemfundo.

UDube wafaka isimilo kubantu. Kwezepolitiki wayezazi futhi angumuntu ozimele ngokomqondo. Wazithola esempini nama- Industrial nama Commercial Union (ICU) nangokunjalo noHulumeni  wangalesi sikhathi wayesebenza noMahatma Gandhi futhi baqhuba ukulingisa kwezikhali ngokomholi behlisa impiyase Bambatha. Yonke indawo empilweni yakhe wayesebona njengosomapolitiki unika ukuzalwa kwe- ANC ekhasini le Langa  lase Natali.
